Western Sales Truck and Tire is looking for Tire Technicians at our Rosetown location at 405 Highway 7 West. This position is responsible for inspecting, repairing, replacing, and servicing tires on passenger vehicles, commercial trucks and trailers, agricultural equipment, and heavy-duty equipment.

Job Duties:
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding tire and vehicle-related concerns.
- Inspect and assess tire tread depth, wear patterns, valve condition, and overall tire health.
- Diagnose tire and wheel issues and recommend appropriate repair, maintenance, or replacement solutions.
- Mount, balance, repair, and service tires and wheels.
- Perform wheel alignments and related tire services.
- Install tire studs for winter driving conditions.
- Service agricultural, commercial, heavy truck, and passenger tires.
- Complete roadside tire service and emergency repair calls as required.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain shop tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete all work in accordance with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Experience in tire service, automotive service, heavy truck, agricultural equipment, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Ability to use computer systems and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers both in the shop and during service calls.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and manipulate tires and related equipment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime may be required.
- Frequent interaction with customers, coworkers, management, and the public.
- Extended periods of standing, walking, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
- Routine lifting, carrying, and handling of tires and related equipment.
- Working in environments subject to varying weather and temperature conditions.
